Structural and civil engineering services for a six-story, 154,000 SF residential condominium facility with 80 units and 65,000 SF of parking below-grade. This contemporary design in Cherry Creek features natural exterior materials such as stone and zinc metal panels. Civil services required sanitary sewer main relocation to allow relinquishment of easement bisecting the property.
