The RidgeGate Campus Project, located in Lone Tree, Colorado, included the development of 400,000 SF of premier office space across two phases. The first phase encompassed the construction of a state-of-the-art office building totaling 250,000 SF along with an on-site 970 bay parking garage. The second phase of the project added a second office building and large surface parking lot. The site, spanning two lots is accessed from Trainstation Circle and relies on an off-site regional water quality and detention pond for managing runoff. New water and sanitary sewer mains were extended into the property to serve the buildings.
