New Belgium Brewery Malt Building Expansion

New Belgium Brewing Company is the fourth largest craft brewing company in the United States and is headquartered in Fort Collins, where its main brewery is also located. Martin/Martin provided structural engineering for new water tank foundations, investigated structural enhancement of a new refrigeration system, investigated a pre-treatment wastewater treatment plant, and analyzed options for relocating malt silos. Most recently, we provided structural engineering and rebar detailing for a 5-story addition to the Malt Building, a single-story addition to the Fermentation Cellar, and foundations for new Bright Beer Tanks.
