Martin/Martin conducted an investigation of the façade, roof, and skylight to evaluate damage and deterioration occurring to this historic hotel. In addition to the investigation, we developed stabilization recommendations to address ongoing wall and roof deterioration, and addressed water intrusion issues at ledges and windows.
