Lakewood City Commons

Civil engineering services for a multi-use 50-acre development which includes municipal, community, retail, and commercial development, as well as the new City of Lakewood Municipal Building and Cultural Center. As a community plaza, the site features retail, commercial, restaurants, and the Belmar Library. The project also included a major RTD bus transfer area and non-vehicular circulation with access to both the retail facilities and the municipal building via pedestrian bridge. The project required extensive coordination with City of Lakewood, CDOT, Consolidated Mutual Water, Bancroft Sewer, and Xcel Energy.
