Martin/Martin provided structural engineering design for this 54-story, 1.5M SF multi-faceted office tower with adjoining 14-story, 650,000 SF parking garage. Innovation and teamwork set a delivery record, and the building was occupied 19 months after the start of excavation.

Since the building was constructed, Martin/Martin continues to provide tenant improvements and renovations to accommodate the needs of various property managers and tenants, including the Lobby Renovation, which involved modernizing the main entry with a special structural glass wall system hung from the existing structure. This renovation also included a new plaza and drainage, lobby, and 3 floors of amenities including a fitness center, library, and other administrative spaces.
