Civil engineering services for this 300,000 SF mixed-use, high-rise urban project with offices and luxury residences. The design included improvements to adjacent Wewatta Street and Wynkoop Street, and an underground water quality vault with outfall to Cherry Creek. The project also includes a 515-space parking garage. Martin/Martin’s structural engineers also provided light gauge engineering and erection drawing services.
