We also provide future maintenance cost projections for the expected time-frame of the Owner’s desire to be compiled into an overall reserve study.
For facilities in cold weather climates, we develop snow removal and/or storage plans for Owners to implement with local vendors. Our plans help ensure the structure is not damaged due to overloading with excessive stockpile sizes or removal equipment.
