Structural and civil engineering design services for a 14-story, 476,000 SF building that houses eight levels of office space above five levels of parking for 250 cars. The project also includes rooftop mechanical space, an outdoor terrace, top floor cafeteria marketplace, and a modernized plaza. The building features a distinctive sloped roof that cantilevers 35 feet over the plaza below.
