Martin/Martin is providing civil engineering services for the 210-unit affordable housing project requiring two separate underground detention facilities, a 100-ft turn lane extension on Peoria and the relocation of one of the busiest bus stops in the metro region. The dry utility coordination comprised a gas line relocation, fiber optic coordination, and the removal or relocation/rerouting of some underground Xcel feeder power lines.
