Civil engineering services for a 295-acre business park approved for up to 3.6 million SF of mixed-use development including office, industrial, distribution, retail, and hotel facilities. The project includes total infrastructure development for sites ranging in size from 5 to 25 acres with many of the sites having rail access. Design included grading, drainage, water main, sanitary sewer, approximately 6,000 LF of public roadways, relocation of ½ mile of railroad spur, and several large box culvert channel crossings.
