Tommy’s Carwash Cahill Park

Site planning, platting, and design of an automatic carwash in Cheyenne Facility. Services included the processing of a lot line adjustment through the City of Cheyenne’s platting process. The facility included 3 payment lanes, a single wash tunnel, and 16 vacuum stalls, and 7 parking stalls. Design included landscaping design, site grading, water sewer and storm utilities.
