Martin/Martin provided civil engineering services for four flex office/industrial facilities ranging in size from 92,000 sf to 150,000 sf each on over 30 acres in Douglas County, Colorado. Services included survey, platting, entitlement facilitation, demolition plans, grading/drainage, horizontal control, roadway improvements, truck turning movement analysis, storm and sanitary sewers, water and irrigation main design, dry utility coordination, and engineering services during construction.
