Martin/Martin provided structural engineering services for the 6,500-seat collegiate basketball arena with a 25,000 SF (150 foot by 100 foot) column free, conference center and a 28-room boutique hotel. The colonial style architecture features a dome roof above the arena and a 2-story water feature housed below a barrel-vaulted glass roof at the main entry.
