Martin/Martin provided structural engineering services for a new five-story, 107,000 SF, 192-room hotel connected to the Bayfront Convention Center on the shore of Lake Erie. The project features long-span composite steel girders extending 66 feet over the convention center loading dock. The girders support the hotel framing and a 32,000 SF outdoor plaza. The hotel includes a bistro, fitness center, indoor pool, outdoor infinity pool and the Shoreline Bar & Grille.
