The District Infrastructure

Centennial, Colorado

40-acre mixed-use development intended to catalyze an urban “downtown” within the City of Centennial with a planned retail-activated, pedestrian-oriented public plaza directly connected to the RTD Dry Creek Light Rail Station. M/M provided civil and structural engineering, master planning, utility coordination, and transportation infrastructure design while coordinating stakeholder interests with the City of Centennial, Arapahoe County, RTD, CDOT, Southeast Metro Stormwater Authority, Southgate Water and Sanitation District, Xcel, two Metro Districts, and ownership groups over a decade long period. The civil infrastructure has been constructed to support future public amenity and up to 4,000,000 square feet of mixed use development, which required extensive coordination with utility providers and conduit sleeving at intersections for future dry utility infrastructure.
