HARBORCENTER is the first major private development project completed as part of an extensive, ongoing mission to restore the vibrant economic heritage of downtown Buffalo and embody the historical character of iconic Canalside. Built on the 1.7-acre Webster block, HARBORCENTER offers two elevated NHL regulation-size ice sheets with a signature wood roof and 1,800-seat spectator bowl, locker rooms, a high-performance training facility, a 10-story hotel with meeting space, a five-story parking garage, three retail spaces, and two restaurants.
The 200-room Marriott hotel is a 10-story structure above parking. The seventh floor of the structure includes two large meeting spaces, a grand ballroom, pre-function space, lounges, and meeting rooms.
