Complete civil engineering services for a 50-unit senior housing development. The site is adjacent to a FEMA-regulated flood channel and is between two floodplains, which required preparation of substantial submittals and permits. The site design required improvements to the adjacent water and sewer mains, streets, and an on-site bus stop and shelter, all ADA accessible. The use of porous pavers assists in stormwater quality and reduces the heat island effect of the parking areas.
