Martin/Martin provided complete civil site engineering services for this 870,000 SF processing plant, including design of the entire site, master drainage, master utilities, public roadways, design and development of regional detention ponds and master utility study. Two accesses separate the employee auto traffic from the heavy service truck traffic. Indirect access to US 85, which circumvents downtown Greeley, was deemed critical for the success of the project.
