Martin/Martin served as prime consultant for this project involving replacement of aging pavement and sidewalks to create an attractive and inviting community gathering place. Services included design of reconfigured travel lanes, storm drain, curbs, parking, and sidewalk layouts prioritizing pedestrians while accommodating vehicular traffic. The project supports business success and prosperity, adds vitality to the retail environment, incorporates sustainable elements and technology, and promotes healthy lifestyles. We also managed the electrical, lighting, landscape, and irrigation design teams.
