Martin/Martin provided complete civil site engineering services for this 45-story, 857,000 SF tower. The mixed-use building includes below-grade parking, 24 stories for the 239-room hotel, and 21 stories above housing high-end residential suites. Amenities include a pool and fitness center. At 641 feet, this is the fourth tallest building in Denver.
