Fall Protection Hazard Assessments

Martin/Martin can conduct on-site fall protection hazard assessments for compliance with local and industry standards. This service is intended for new or existing facilities without, or with incomplete, fall protection systems. Fall protection systems are required by OSHA, but often get overlooked on new construction projects as these systems are not required by most building codes. Fall protection is often needed to enable safe access to roof drains, mechanical equipment, or other roof-mounted equipment. This assessment will provide information on areas where systems are either missing or deficient. This report can also include rough order of magnitude costs associated with the retrofit and installation of new systems to bring the facility into compliance.
