Behavioral Sciences Building & Addition

Colorado State University | Fort Collins, Colorado

The building houses offices, conference rooms, classrooms, seminar rooms, study rooms, an IMAX-style lecture hall with stadium seating, and other support spaces. It also includes raised access flooring, rooftop solar panels, and signature sculptures within the central atrium space. Martin/Martin also provided structural and civil engineering design for the 2-story addition, which includes a 200 seat lecture hall, offices, and classroom space. The addition is engineered to be fully integrated with the existing building without the use of an expansion joint.
