Structural engineering design services for a 175,000 SF Pediatric Family Health and Surgery Center located on a 29-acre site. Project is designed to house primary care, several types of specialty pediatric services, state-of-the-art surgical and emergency services, full-service laboratory, pharmacy, and imaging services designed with patients and families in mind. The project includes a 12-bed inpatient unit, an urgent care center, an ambulatory surgical center, diagnostic imaging, ambulatory clinics with 48 exam rooms and appropriate office and support spaces.
Martin/Martin integrated fabrication services and provided rebar shop drawings. Sharing the Revit model allowed the shop drawings to be produced concurrently with the structural foundation drawings. Approved shop drawings were issued within days of issuing a structural foundation package.
