This project consists of three residential buildings with retail on the 1st floor, below-grade parking, and a plaza level. The two 6-story buildings have structures of post-tensioned concrete. The taller, 12-story tower is steel– with tons of penetrations in the structure to run mechanical. The entire project totals over 440,000 SF of residential space.
