This 6-story, 198,000 SF facility sits on a 40-acre site overlooking Barr Lake. It includes 18 courtrooms with chambers for 20 judges and offices of the District Attorney, Public Defender, County Attorney, and Probate Department. Private, public, and in-custody circulation systems were carefully separated.
