Martin/Martin provided complete civil site engineering services for these two multi-story buildings with 321 apartment units. The project also includes two levels of underground parking and 14,000 SF of retail facing Speer Boulevard on a 3.66-acre parcel on a challenging, topographical site. The project scope also included redesign of Speer to create additional lane widths.
