Martin/Martin provided civil and structural engineering services for this 960,000 SF, 43-story high-rise office building—the fourth tallest in Denver. The project includes two levels of cast-in-place, below-grade parking; at-grade retail; parking on levels 3-12, and 28 floors of office space above. The top of the building is a sloped crown with a warm water deluge system to prevent icing and melt snow. Column-free corners provide ideal views from key offices.
