Martin/Martin is currently seeking a motivated Senior Project Engineer to join our Infrastructure team in the Lakewood, Colorado office. The position will provide team leadership opportunities for our Special District and Municipal water and wastewater projects throughout Colorado. We are a client-focused and employee-centered firm.
Required Qualifications:
- Ten to 20 years of progressive civil engineering design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- Marketing and business development experience
- Experience in team leadership and managing and mentoring junior staff
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently for extended periods of time
- Strong written, technical and interpersonal skills
- Experience in managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Demonstrated success working on multi-disciplinary engineering projects
- Committed to client service and a team-based approach
- Presentation Skills
- Registered PE license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain one within 3 months
Desired Qualifications:
- Special District or Municipal water and wastewater project experience
- Strong knowledge of jurisdictional processes within the greater Denver Metropolitan area
- Experience in proposal preparation
- Strong relationships with municipalities and other clients in Colorado
