A 60-room, 47,000 sf hotel building with a four-story amenity wing that consists of a rooftop restaurant and bar, conference room, fitness center and spa, outdoor pool and deck, a café, lobby, bike shop, storage, and mechanical and electrical rooms. The projects also includes a parking garage for 60 vehicles.
