Martin/Martin completed building envelope consulting for a 172,400 SF, four-story office building with three levels of below-grade parking. We conducted peer reviews and produced envelope systems specifications, including blind-side foundation waterproofing, masonry veneer and metal panel rainscreen cladding over continuous insulation, and a low-slope roof assembly with integrated fall protection and photovoltaic panel systems. Field observation was also provided.
