We have provided structural and civil services for the Colorado Center site for years, including Tower I, Tower II, Annex, and the most recent project, Tower III. This 650,800 SF project includes 9 stories of office space over 7 stories of parking, on-grade retail, and an extensive rooftop terrace. As a feature space of the building, the terrace showcases exposed structural steel elements and trellises that make it open and inviting.
