Martin/Martin provided structural engineering services for this 12-story, 125,000 SF hotel and casino. The structure of the porte-cochere  is inspired by the western diamondback rattlesnake. The building includes a full-service spa, fitness center, pool, restaurants, lounges, retail outlets, conference center, and 330 guest rooms including 28 suites. We also provided engineering design for the dramatic fountain at the entrance to the casino that features fire and water effects.
