Martin/Martin provided structural engineering services for a new 60,000 SF space that provides patrons with a club experience, providing clear sight lines and state-of-the-art lighting and sound. The space is also designed with a moving stage to accommodate crowds of 2,200 to 3,950. The arena also includes six bar and concession areas, a full-service cooking kitchen, a loading dock, staff offices, and a smoke control system for the high density of seating.
