The project incorporated innovative technologies, including yielding braces, composite epoxy fibers, and FEMA 273 Performance-Based Design principles, to enhance structural resilience. The retrofit was carefully executed to maintain the building’s unique character while allowing daily operations to continue uninterrupted.
