Services provided include the development of site planning and construction documents for a large manufacturing building on an empty lot. Site features included a 120-stall parking lot, 10-bay loading dock, open plazas and landscape for exterior employee gatherings, site circulation around the site for tractor-trailers, as well as site master planning for a future building expansion and the integration of other prospective developments on the remaining vacant land. Infrastructure improvements included a new public domestic water main service to service the new building and future expansions, sanitary sewer services, and onsite stormwater detention and water quality treatment.
