Cal-OSHA Systems

Martin/Martin is licensed by Cal-OSHA to design and test façade access and fall protection systems in the state of California. Martin/Martin holds SIT license #46 and has over 20 licensed engineers registered in California. Cal-OSHA has special requirements for façade access and fall protection systems that often are more stringent that traditional OSHA requirements. Further, Cal-OSHA requires that most projects develop an Operations and Procedures Outline Sheet (OPOS) for façade access operations. This OPOS is required to be developed by an SIT license holder. Additionally, for projects in the planning phase, the local building departments will often require that façade access and fall protection systems are included in the drawing set as part of the permitting process.
