Martin/Martin managed the structural engineering services for the design of a new health sciences building on the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus (AMC). The project involved the program verification, design, construction documentation, and construction administration for a 409,000 SF building, located west of the existing Research Complex Two, on what was originally an overflow parking lot. This world-class facility houses a number of AMC entities, including the Colorado Center for Personalized Medicine and Behavioral Health, Colorado Clinical and Translational Sciences Institute, Center for Advancing Professional Excellence, clinical faculty offices, research faculty offices, a conference center, a data center, and auxiliary functions.
