Structural engineering for a new design-build 110,000 SF K-12 school building to include class space for approximately 500 students, administrative offices, a library, gymnasium and locker rooms, an auditorium, and a cafeteria and kitchen space. The structure for the building is a mix of structural steel, load-bearing masonry and insulated precast panels at the gym with a conventional slab-on-grade floor and a spread footing foundation system.
