Litigation Support

Objective expert witness and litigation support is provided through evaluations of buildings, building envelope systems, and civil/site infrastructure. Defects, distress, and performance issues are investigated and translated into findings that help legal teams evaluate liability, quantify risk, and move claims and disputes toward resolution. Insights are informed by ongoing involvement in both new design and repair/rehabilitation work, so recommendations reflect real-world constructability and performance.
