A 1.2 million square foot, single-story campus on 400 acres, designed to provide medical and mental health care for 1,722 inmate-patients within the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Completed on a fast-tracked two-year design-build schedule, the facility includes over 35 buildings, with a central 158,000 square foot Services building offering comprehensive medical, dental, and rehabilitation services. Surrounding it are housing units tailored to various levels of care. Outside the secure perimeter is a 30,440 square foot administration building with offices, training rooms, and support spaces.
