Martin/Martin performed civil engineering master plans and tenant finish services for the entire campus, and maintenance since it was built. For the 87,000 SF cancer center, we provided structural engineering and rebar detailing, as well as various tenant improvement projects. The center includes 2 linear accelerators located in the center of the building, as well as other state-of-the-art cancer treatment equipment, which introduced unique structural, detailing, and construction challenges— including radiation mitigation.
