The SPUR HYDRO Building, an innovative facility focused on water quality education and scientific exploration, features an advanced stormwater collection system designed by Martin/Martin in collaboration with Denver Water. This system includes bioswales and an above-ground cistern that treat and repurpose stormwater for irrigation and research, overcoming complex regulatory challenges.
