Denver International Airport Great Hall

Martin/Martin managed the structural design for the $685M complete renovation of the Great Hall Jeppesen Terminal Building. The project involves moving security out of the terminal and creating 42 lanes near ticketing, doubling curbside drop-off capacity, and adding 50,000 SF of office space in the Administration Office Building. Level 5 concession space will be increased three-fold. 54,000 SF will be added to Level 6, including a glass climbing wall, video walls, an airside plaza, and retail. The Great Hall project is a very complex design-build project that will eventually become a transformational project for DEN.
