Martin/Martin provided civil and structural engineering design for this Class AAA, 12-story, 185,000 SF office tower in the Denver Tech Center which also includes 8 levels of parking (2 underground). At the base, multiple exterior columns are transferred through story-deep steel plate girders to ‘V’ shaped columns, forming a dramatic entry to the building. The building also features landscaped terraces, an interior atrium, a fitness center, and 30,500 SF of column-free floorplates. The project is certified LEED Gold.
