Martin/Martin has completed projects at DEN since it was initially conceived, including the Terminal Complex Admin Building & Parking, Magnesium Chloride Storage Facility, Drainage Master Plan, Concourse A Expansion, Airfield Service Roads, new Level 5 Bridges, Runway and Taxiway civil design, multiple Site Stormwater Management Studies, and multiple tenant improvement projects.
We are also managing the structural design for the $685M complete renovation of the Great Hall Jeppesen Terminal Building. The project involves moving security out of the terminal and creating 42 lanes near ticketing, doubling curbside drop-off capacity, and adding 50,000 SF of office space in the Administration Office Building. Level 5 concession space will be increased three-fold. 54,000 SF will be added to Level 6, including a glass climbing wall, video walls, an airside plaza, and retail.
