Denver Center for the Performing Arts

Denver, Colorado

For nearly 40 years, since its creation, Martin/Martin has worked continuously at the DCPA on jobs as small as a dressing room remodel to a complete historic renovation, restoration, and expansion of the award-winning Ellie Caulkins Opera House. This four-block, iconic performing arts complex consists of 9 theaters, a 1000-car covered parking garage, and the 1,000' long covered galleria.
Other renovations within the complex encompass the $31M remodel of the 124,000 SF auditorium, the Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre, the outdoor lobby, a remodel of a former police building on-site into studios, adding a third vault to the Galleria roof, and the new Donald R. Seawell Grand Ballroom.
