Jerry May has over 30 years of experience in planning, assessment, design, construction, monitoring and operations of water, wastewater, solid waste and environmental systems. He has a diverse background and began his career as a designer/technician. His projects cover a wide range of private, municipal, state, federal and tribal entities that spans across multiple states and several countries. His work includes expert witness for engineer based claims. In addition, Jerry has worked as a licensed general contractor for more than 20 years on engineer lead design-build projects.
As a Martin/Martin treatment team leader, Jerry spearheads water, wastewater and other treatment oriented projects. He has special expertise working with small associations and communities, assisting them in procuring project funding and with the myriad of paperwork required by funding and regulatory agencies.
With projects, Jerry is well known for his honesty, integrity and responsiveness to client needs as well as his ability to work effectively with numerous regulatory agencies. His past work has been recognized by awards and national and international publications.
Jerry joined Martin/Martin in 2012. He spends his free time remodeling his home, skiing, hiking and biking as well as world travel.
